This is a fun idea!
On the resort/villa vibe - I'd love to see a neighbourhood with a number of small, consistent lot types. Like a common type of residential neighbourhood: high-density, whether the World is a resort or old Euro or New York-style city (a setting for row/townhouses) or suburban American. I like building on smaller lots for playability - both the amount of time it takes Sims to walk places and the amount of items you can place for functionality! And a few small lots in a row would be nice.
Briana2526What would you want Preteen lifestage to look like? How would it differ from the current Children and Teens? I find the change between Young Adults and Adults to be uninteresting as a player. There's not enough of a difference for me. But I love trying to accomplish Child-specific Aspirations and planning for retirement as an Elder. I love the storytelling. What stories would you want to tell with Preteens?

I'd love to have the Option to Feed Ambrosia to Ghosts. We hear this mentioned a lot especially since the new Life Or Death expansion pack came out but I have never been able to get a ghost to eat the stuff unless I made them a playable member of my household. I tried carrying a plate of it to the Ghost Night out at the bar and left it set out on the table but nobody would touch it like it was some of that horrible holiday fruitcake. A klepto neighbor did finally steal it but they weren't even a ghost.
Yes, we need drums and if they feel jiggy go out and do an entire music-based expansion pack. I remember when your sims could learn entire songs and play them together in previous sims games. Add additional instruments too like maybe harps, bagpipes, sitars, tambourines, flutes, banjos....you know the world is full of music.
