🎞️ 7th Art Lover trait

The sims can be Music Lover, Art Lover and Bookworm, this trait would add a passion for cinema : 

• Collect movie posters
• Watch movies
• Talk about movies/actors/directors
• Go to San Sequoia's movie theater (Movie premiere, movie festival)
• Be fan, follow on social media and collect posters of a specific actor. The sims could become fan of Bella Goth.
• Visit Del Sol Valley studio
• Review movies
• Create fan pages for actors on social media
• Watch movie trailers on computer
• Imitate favorite movie scenes
• Journalist career : Interview actors/directors

Like magazine cover, the game could create posters with in-game actors.

This idea/trait could be applied to all the careers in the game. Ambitious Birista's make the best coffee!

This is a nice idea. I wish we had more places to use the laptop outside of our sim's home for example: sitting on the ground anywhere(sims 3).

✅ Targeted Customer / Club Requirement : Education Level

Be able to pick the right profile and I would add "Education" to Neighborhood Stories

🏆 Ambitious trait v2.0

Noncommittal trait is the lack of commitment in Career, Romance and Family, so Ambitious trait could be the opposite as a total commitment hungry for success.

Ambitious sims could also want to :

• Increase fame as a celebrity
• Increase business reputation as a business owner (Retail, Restaurant, Small Business)
• Collect successful romance: Multiple partners at the same time
• Succeed as a parent : For example be able to push all Infant/Toddler/Child skills at the highest level
• Succeed as a student : School Grade A, High School Early graduation, University distinguished degree with honors

📖💻 Read and use laptop with Lounge Chair and Float Lounger

A little thought for Bookworm, Geek and Workaholic sims during vacation.

NoahLGP​ This is a great idea, and has so many opportunities for encouraging gamplay through travel to other Lots, Neighbourhoods, and Worlds! 

I'd love to see more Freelancer careers. In my head, they're easier to add because they're a bit of an extension of skill-building. I know there's already Entertainer career, and high-demand for bands, but even a Freelance Musician (with branches for Piano, Guitar, Violin) would be really realistic for gamplay for so many people. Freelance Photographer. Instead of Freelance Pet Training (which is a thing), I'd love more Worlds with their own versions of the Community Jobs in Horse Ranch. That one uses offers one-off jobs that require Horse Riding.

📚 Family Heritage (Perks)

It could be :

• Skill Secret techniques and Special Touch : Literally Family Recipe for non-Cooking skills. For example Fitness skill could have secret techniques helping to burn fat / build muscles faster or regain Energy (Energy boost effect) / Fun (Anti-stress effect)
• Career perks : After 10 generations of criminal sims, the Landgraab could share their experience and network with their descendants.
  • Family Influence : And if the sims are demoted or laid off, they could use the family connections to convince the boss and get a second chance.
  • Family as Penalty : But at the same time it would be difficult to be promoted or get a raise as a Detective with a Criminal family.

Globally the idea would be to add rewards/penalties for multi-generation families, the past choices would matter.

✈️ Freelance Travel Critic

Vacation as a job about writing reviews :

• Quality / Price of a vacation rental lot (size, comfort, functional, clean, positive/negative effects of lot traits/challenges)
• Local food ( Bizarre Fruit in StrangerVille would always have a positive review if the sim isn't vaccinated )
• Local activities
• Local hospitality (Hostile interactions with Vladislaus, Greg or Edith could be negative points)
• Points of interest (Venues, festivals and public area)

A way to encourage the players to visit the worlds.

Between luxury and low budget, the expectations are different so reviewing an off-the-grip camping could depend on the Targeted Customers.

And because nobody is perfect, the sim would have to find the right balance between :

• Lie and write a positive review : Get a bribe but lose people trust (lose followers)
• Tell the truth : Get people trust but lose partnership (lose free travel and discounts)
