[BG] CAS Interface and filters

There's a feature that I think would help too, if we knew what we'd already used for other Sims in the game and could enable/disable a feature that greyed out CAS items in use. With the full game I'm losing track of hair and clothing that I've already used and to get around that I set a colour palette for each Sim and look through Manage Households at what other Sims are wearing so I don't repeat it. But I've created hundreds of Sims and edited Townies too. If an item in a certain colour was greyed out we'd know someone else was wearing it. I wouldn't want to restrict using it again (that would impact uniforms and Style Influencer trends) but I'd just want to know if it was already being worn.
