B&H Outlines causes game to Bug

From manage worlds every time I designate areas as Residential, public,, Employee and then try to save or exit, the game stops recognizing my commands ....when I select save & overwrite a save, the game will act as though I never selected that and go the previous screen where I need to select where to save.... then I cannot exit out of the screen At all. I have to keep shutting down the game all together! I literally can never upload a build to the gallery from Manage Worlds, anymore. Clearly the only workaround is to either not upload small business lots or not using outlines in build mode via Manage Worlds. But my game shouldn't freeze regardless...... test this game on CONSOLE PRIOR TO RELEASE!!
