Forever Free Packs for Everyone

The Sims 4 is a 10-year-old game with over 95 DLC packs, and EA will likely keep releasing more for years. Competing life-sim games like Inzoi and Paralives offers much of this content in their base game. For example, Inzoi can provide content equivalent to 30–40 Sims 4 packs in its basegame for the price of just one expansion pack(40$) and we already have 19 of them.

To stay competitive and keep players engaged, EA should make some older packs permanently free—such as Seasons, Cats & Dogs and Get to Work. Giving 2–4 free packs from each pack category would greatly benefit new players so they can complete other packs without pirating.

For players who already own these packs, EA could offer new Kits free for a month (like they did with Desert Luxe Kit when The Sims 4 became free).

I think forever free packs should be; 

2 expansion packs -> seasons, cats and dogs   (out of 19 eps)

2 game packs -> dine out, get to work   (out of 12 gps)

4 stuff packs -> cool kitchen, bowling night, backyard, spooky  (out of 20 sps)

4 kits -> throwback fit, industrial loft, blooming rooms, carnaval streetwear  (out of 37 kits of excluding 8 creator kits)

    At this point looking for all the Expansion Packs i can stop thinking that Get to Work EP should become base game. The pack is so basic, lacking so many things that should be upgraded:
    Aliens (add perk tree/telepathy skill and more customization), Hospitals (Add patient gameplay, appointments, vaccines, scientists, more careers), Retail stores (Ability to live on it), Laboratory (Add astronaut and mechanic active careers), etc.

    Sadly i don't think any of these will happen but if it did, and was expanded for all types of DLCs (which would be a lot) i'd add:

    • Outdoor Retreat Game Pack: We already have tents, bonfires, national parks and vacation rentals on base game; We coukd get an semi-active park ranger career; the b/b items are very base game; the clothes would be a simple add to the hot and cold weather category; It could get a Bigfoot NPC.

    • Perfect Patio Stuff Pack: It has nothing special to offer; the promos are all made with base game stuff; the CAS quality is VERY base game; the b/b doesn't bring anything special or different from base game. 

    • Bust the Dust Kit: Dust system should be base game; the dust system could be updated; Vacuum cleaners should've come with Laundry day; It's not worth the price even for a kit.

    For who already have any pack they could let us choose another pack from the same type (EP, GP, SP and Kit)

    True, get to work can be base game and advanced pregnancy, hospital stuff, patients etc. can be another ep
