Staff/ careers / employer overhaul

Ite picture this , you got a successful sim and you want him to be able to hire staff to work for him in his apartment block where he owns the whole residential rental. You want them to be live in staff living in seperate sectioned off apartment with their own families/ seperate household that you can also play. 

A maid to clean the entire apartment block, a janitor, a personal chef, a gardener, a babysitter, private security guards, private doctor, concierge/reception, personal lawyers / accountant, driver/chaffeur …

I’m talking full customisation of being able to choose a sim to hire, assign an apartment for them to live in and what activities they do on a daily basis and where. You could be able to choose the name of the career fully like when you register with the ministry of Labour. And you should be able to choose whether the employee likes the job and the pay. 

Not just do an activity like “writing” , but be able to choose the exact computer where that hired employee will work on and whether he works at home or at another location.

There should be more computer actions that a personal lawyer might do, or an account or investor/ financial advisor .. a complete career overhaul. Or you could just write the name of the action so you can pretend they’re doing that on the computer (e.g. add new action). 

You could have them sit at meetings and set times for meetings and who would be there when you’re playing as that sim. 

For concierge you could have them sit at the front desk on a computer and interact with sims entering the place, and take mail from the postman and sort it into apartment mailboxes. 

For personal chef you could have them cook in your kitchen or have another designated kitchen in the building.

For private doctor you could make a medical room for them to be in and see sims with medical issues whenever they knock on the door.

For security you could have them sit in the security room of a building and watch the monitors and walk around the building.

You should be able to chose the working times e.g 9-5 or 5-12

You could be your own boss and you could either be a loved boss or a feared one, or both. 

You should be able to hire an unlimited number of staff and there could be a relationship bar for “boss” , that could coexist with friendship (e.g. you could still hire your friends and that won’t effect the relationship) 

You could have them wear a set uniform that you can chose for each sim e.g. a suit for a lawyer. 

You could use the feature to also hire family members, like having your teen son work a few hours in your company 

You could also make an office and hire people to work there.
