Any Drink Causes 'Dazed' Moodlet

I've noticed that my sims are getting the 'dazed' and 'queasy' moodlets from drinking excellent one bottle of juice, and or a glass of nectar. This hasn't been an issue until this past month. Curious to know if anyone else is dealing with the same. 

Back story, I moved my sims into the 'fixer-upper' apartment in San Myshuno. I honestly thought their unit had something to do with it, but I'm not so sure.
