Anyway to disable certain items in basegame?

No intention of basing on Sims 4 or anything, but is there anyway to disable some CAS item which randomly appear on Game generated NPC?

Like that ugly ring with a eye that freaked us out with Kijiko eyelashes? it's not a lose for me if that hideous thing is gone forever..

I know we can do it with S4S on cc but since it's not cc i dont know if i can do it or not. I know it's a weird question but that ring just really * me off whenever I saw it on someone 😞

    @che117 The only way I know of is by using a mod like MCCC + the MC Dresser. Not everyone likes to use mods though and you have to take special precautions with them whenever installing a Sims 4 Game Patch.

    My game is 99% mods and cc so I get what you saying lol, but this ring still shown on my sims during CAS.
