cant load into my sims life

it lets me in the sims app and see all my sims but it wont let me go further, I'm basically stuck on that manage world menu page and i cant go into any of their lifes. 

I've deleted all modes and turned it off but its still not letting me in properly.

added a example of where I'm stuck and cant do anything from there. game is lagging so I cant send my original menu.
