Conflict between Room and Deck

Question

This Portico, is being recognized as indoors for the Dust part of&nbsp; "Bust the Dust" as the dust level is Filthy.&nbsp; But my Sim can not Vacuum this area just like the front covered porch.&nbsp; My Sim gets a huge negative moodlet when working in this area.&nbsp; What do I need to Add/Or remove to get and keep this clean without turning off "Bust the Dust"?
