Family Tree Messed Up

I have two female sims in a relationship! They have a kid together. But randomly the family tree has been messed up. It shows the two married but then another version of one of them as a sister? So they can’t have any romantic relationships. How did this happen? I play on a Console so I don’t any mods corrupting my game. What is happening
