Could you please provide the following information

-  Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
-  What platform are you playing ?

    I'm playing on pc, and the only mod I have is Lumpinou's rambunctious religions, which I haven't had the entire time this has been happening

      Did you have this with any other Sims ?

      Did you create the Sim yourself or get from the gallery ?

      Could you please remove all mods and check if it continues to happen without, even if it started before you had the mod.
