Fridge no longer has fuel option
I made it a part of my sims characters’ routine to check fuel levels of those compatible items and refill as needed.
when playing today, I noticed the high-end refrigerator no longer has the option to refill even though it has the upgrade. Luckily I didn’t save my game yet, so I exited and went back in. No change, so I then exited the game, rebooted the pc and relaunched the game. Still no way to refill it. I tried the testing cheat to reset it and that didn’t work either.
the only thing I didn’t try was emptying the fridge, selling it, and rebuying it. Anyone else experience this? Does selling and rebuying it resolve the issue?
Just figured I’d update my post. I ended up getting a new fridge and upgraded it
however, right after I did this, my sink stopped having the menu option to add fuel. Two sims days later, I needed to repair the sink and then I had the fuel option back.
i know I can’t add fuel when items are broken. Maybe a little glitch of the sink not showing it’s broken and possibly the same with the fridge.
