Getting stuck on infinite loading screen, but only for one household

I have been having this issue for almost 1 week now. I am able to access my legacy family in CAS with no issues, and I am able to access their house in build mode, however I get an infinite loading screen when I try to play with the household on their lot. The only reason I know it is infinite is because I let it load for nearly 12 hours. I have zero issues with any other families and lots within this save file. I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the game every day this week, repaired it nearly 10 times each day, used the Better Exceptions mod to try to remove corrupted files (it came back saying I had none), I have removed my mods, which allowed me to mostly play, however the second I went into build mode, my game crashed. Please help!!!
