Sim freezes after naming baby

My male sim got abducted my aliens and im not too sure on how the pregnancy is supposed to go but i know that he was pregnant for too long. I cheated his labor to start and he was in the process of having the baby and even named it but after that the time froze and i couldn't interact with anything. He would still be moving though and i could move the camera around. The only two mods that affect pregnancy i have are rpo and pandasamas mod. Even after removing the two the same thing would happen. I have tried to give birth at the hospital and also with the bassinet at home nothing is working.
