gallery corrupted/broken

Hello, for some reason my gallery in the Sims 4 is not loading and showing red crosses on everything all of a sudden. I have tried suggestions of clearing the cache, repairing the game and adding exceptions to windows defender/firewall. I don't know what to do, someone please help? 

Is this the Gallery, or My library?  I've seen such in my Tray, which is the container for our builds and CAS. It shows up when I'm accessing My Library. Upon clicking on a box X'd-out, it gave me the message the file was corrupted. Say, what? Most of my builds in that Tray are now nothing but big red X's. As for how to fix it, I'm sorry I don't have an answer for you. I can offer you a cup of tea and some sympathy, though.

For a few months now, I have not had access to the gallery. I've attached a photo to show, but whenever I open the gallery it just has red x's over everything, and when I click on something it says "Item is corrupted, would you like to remove it?" and whether I click yes or no, it boots me back to the main gallery page again. I have enabled and disabled my mods multiple times, and nothing seems to be fixing the issue. This has been going on since October 2024. I would greatly appreciate any solutions anyone can think of!

I’ve been playing on the new MacBook laptop for a while and recently my gallery has been showing corrupted with the big x’s and not letting me download anything. I’ve cleared my saves and tray files , uninstalled the game, lowered the quality and have no mods. Is there anything I can do to fix this. Please ?????

I'm trying to download from the Sims 4 gallery. The houses do not show up but a big red X. I'm connected to the internet so I don't understand why I'm having issues with the game.

so after this latest patch for the expansion pack i now have several corrupted gallery files, its not any of my sims (even with cc) but it seems limited to my sims 4 animals. I have tried repairing the game, renaming the og sims 4 folder etc...

My gallery hasn't loaded properly for months- as can be seen in the pictures it shows the loading animation for a while and then end up with a red cross in them. I'm not a great builder (and don't have the time to build from scratch anyway), so this is really affecting my ability to play.

I've tried logging in and out of my EA app, deleting and reinstalling it, clearing the cache, disabling mods etc. and nothing works- anyone know a fix for this?

This has been happening before the recent update and I've tried every fix I can find online. When I open the gallery it shows as if it's loading then all of the images are crossed out with red crosses. I can't save or download any new content. I've done everything I can find on google; I've removed mods/cc, repaired the game, moved the tray folder out, signed out, gone offline, refreshed the app. Nothing is working and I haven't seen others with the same issue. Can anyone help???

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game, deleting the localthumbcache.package file, or renamed your current folder to "The Sims 4 (Old)" so the next time you launch it will generate a new folder as a clean launch to see if the issue is still there after any of that?

Do you use any tools or third-party applications for it like Tray Importer and/or Sims 4 Studio?
