Grim Rewards thingie

Question

So I've started this now and I've planted the lily and snapdragon but it's not showing up that they've been planted. I've uprooted and planted again. I've planted several. Still showing that I've not planted any. WHY do these challenges not work right? Am I doing something wrong?&nbsp;
