feyzaeren That sounds like a bug that's been reported before. I'm not sure if it has been fixed or not but what happens is that the apartments will show no value for the apartment furnishings and then only give the option to move in unfurnished while the lot displays as being furnished. And if you take that option, the apartment will be unfurnished when you move in. To fix that so you have the furnishings when you move in, enter the lot from the map and the furnishing will be there. Then either replace something or add something that makes the apartment furnishing value show as above zero. Once you exit and try to move a household in, you'll get the option to move in furnished. The furnishings will all be there when you enter the lot. The lot value will still only show the value of what you added or replaced but that will change over time as you play the lot. The upside for this is that bills will be lower at first until the lot value corrects itself.
