I think I pressed a button while playing the game..?
I think I pressed a button while playing the game and I don't know which button, nothing on the screen is visible.

Pressing TAB will change to camera mode, but then you should not see the UI top right, so I guess you must have clicked something else than TAB...
Pressing Shift-TAB will change to first-person mode, but that still shows the full UI, plus a targeting circle in the middle, so I guess that's not it either.
I would suggest Save As to make a new save, if you want one, then exiting to the main menu and reloading. Reloading the original save will probably fix whatever you did. Loading the new save might fix it or it might not. That's why I suggested Save As.
