Keepsake boxes stuck in inventory

Hi, I’ve been having an issue over the past few days where I can’t drag keepsake boxes from my sims personal inventory. 
I’ve search how to solve the issue and most say to inventory purge them, but I don’t want to delete them (10 generations of collections).

I have also tried moving lots, gifting them to sims, repairing my game, deleting cashes and even putting them as an heirloom… still nothing. 

When I try getting the sim to “place in world” they just reset and it cancels any actions in the queue as well as any sims near by.

I have most packs and no mods or cc.
