Library lot in Willow Creek being completely white

Today I decided to begin the event and I noticed that after entering the library it turned completely untextured. I don't have any mods or shaders for texture installed, but only for clothes, fur...

Repairing the game didn't work, also removing the mods. I think this might be caused by the game itself, since it looks similliar to the release of sims 4 world map
