Lovestruck pack interactions not working since life and death came out

I play on ps5 with no mods. This problem started the same day the new pack Life and Death came out so it's been about a week. My sims aren't doing most of the romantic interactions anymore. I can click on the interaction bubble and they'll show adding romantic satisfaction, but the interactions aren't actually happening. Woohoo not happening, steamy makeout not happening, try for baby not happening, etc. Another frustrating thing is that my sims can't get a table at a restaurant when they're on a date.
