I updated my game today and the words were jumbled and none of my saves would load. I tried deleting the mods that did nothing then i deleted the game and then reinstalled it that did nothing then i tried to repair every i could and that did nothing. I dont know what to do. HELPPP?
I dont know how to do that I am not very good at tech stuff ( i dont mean that in a pick me way I really just do know)

Try the following
- Close the game
- Rename Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 to Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4_Old
- Repair the game
- Start the game. All your content will be gone now as the game created a new folder. All your saves/.. is still in the old folder so not to worry.
- Start a new save game
- Check if you still have the error
- Report back with your results for further steps on how to get your stuff back.
