My game will let me create a new game but not load into a saved game

Hello all, everytime I go onto my sims 4 and try to load into a saved game it just sits on the blue loading screen for hours, I tried last night to create a new game and see if it would let me do tha...

Did anyone ever solve this? I'm having the same issue. I reset the game and it worked for a day but now it's doing the same thing.
