My sims relationships drop really fast

My sims have full romance and are both very satisfied however in the span of about two minutes it will go from romance 100 down into negative and they both seem to stills be satisfied despite this they just won’t do any interactions and I keep having to cheat it back up with mc command centre but it continues to happen, I’ve seen a couple other people saying they have the same issue is there any solution, I have removed my mods and repaired the game but this hasn’t made any difference
