My start screen looks like this?

Hi everyone, I’m having a major issue with my Sims 4 game and I can’t seem to fix it no matter what I try. I play through Steam and use CurseForge for mods. The problem is that I can’t go into live play mode at all, and nothing in my game will save. And my start screen looks this?

Here’s what I’ve already tried: Verified integrity of game files through Steam, Disabled all mods, Deleted all mods completely to start fresh ,Uninstalled and reinstalled the game, Tested both with and without mods Unfortunately, none of this has solved the problem.

The game still won’t let me enter live play mode and refuses to save. Has anyone experienced this before, or does anyone know what else I can try? At this point I’m completely stuck and can’t play at all. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance.
