[NCQE] Outdoor Loving Sim Can't complete task

Okay, I tried again today, and miraculously I finally got it. It took me going from the location I left the sim, to back to my home lot where I started the challenge, and I was able to pass it. But of course I'm stuck again, because I can't claim the rewards because it's saying "Connection is required". I also don't have the gallery, just my library. So I guess this latest update has caused a connection issue. 

for me it worked when I went back to the save and household I was in when the event tasks for that week popped up. I could not get it to work in any other households or saves. 

That gray moodlet was the Tiny Living moodlet because my sim's house was a tiny home.

I tried a brand new save, had the sim move on the empty lot in Willow Creek in Foundry Cove. Had him jog around the empty lot for a while. No moodlet showed up. I triggered an angry moodlet to get moodlets going since he was just 'fine' as a brand new sim, and still nothing. (I was able to do the previous goals under this, like search cave and catch frogs in the desert, but I'm not sure I fully got points for both goals since they just ticked off with no reward music cue or anything.) Either way, I can't get the moodlet.

Try a new save and see if you get it on a new Sim. The moodlet should give you a countdown and should be there right away

No. and I meant to say the plumbob with a leaf that appears briefly is a whim, not moodlet. But overall I have not recieved a grey moodlet

I think for me it was a grey moodlet. Possibly the one hidden in this pic:

Mine is not working, and I'm on ps4. What is the moodlet supposed to look like? For a brief moment, my sim has a whim with a plumbob with a leaf on it?, and says something like complete nature calling goals. Then it disappears and i get nothing. I tried the "Foundry Cove" location that's marked as a solution. I cleared the cache on my ps4, and I still can't get the event to work. I even tried different sims and different saves. Underneath 'Have sims spend time outdoors" , it had catch frogs as a goal, and I completed that, but it didn't give me any points. It's not popping up for me at all. :(

I hope this helps others, my Sim was living in Foundry Cove!
