@pjmerrell I believe that the game/DLCs are only available to be played on the platform you purchase it for, regardless of what way you purchased them.
I.e. purchase it on Origin for PC, and it will only work on PC; purchase it on EPIC Games for Xbox, it will only work on Xbox.
