I am guessing you are trying to find out if your Sim is pregnant ... is that correct?
Once they have tried for baby click on the toilet and there should be an option to take pregnancy test.
If the option is not there you may just simply try for baby again.

Edit: If you try for baby and she starts throwing up watch for the moodlet that looks like a baby pacifier to confirm the pregnancy.
