Yes, to me I like the way I've done it in the past... if I wanted a change in physical appearance (weight loss/fitness, for instance), I go into that household and either make that change in CAS or play them to get the change in place. Then when I leave I assume they will stay like that, whether or not they  go to the gym, etc. Same with NPCs. That would be the type of setting I would want added, as that's what I'm accustomed to and what I prefer.

I'm a rather 'type A' player, and having the ability to control things within certain parameters is important to me in Sims. I think this appearance area falls into that category. 👍
