I'd rather have:

1. Hammock-  They could do a love seat type with two palm trees and the hammock is between it if their stuck on how to do it.

2. big foot- NPC's aren't too hard  

3. campers-  simple ones that sit and then later if we get cars, they can be pulled.

4. Some space savers for the camper like single toaster counter top Forman Grill
