Romance Interactions are missing (New Save ONly)

I started a new save after downloading the latest update. There are no romance options available for anyone in the town, so neither family relationships nor age is the problem. I don't have any mods ...

    Does it affect all Sims in those new saves ? Did you check on their romantic compapatibilty ?
