Save file changes into another save file

Crincrit, you absolue hero per usual, I tried this but the save file was unfortunatly completely corrupted. I always follow the steps you've mentioned when I have an issue and this usually helps, but not this time. It kept happening: the save file kept going into the other save file I played before (so one I actually played a bit in, without trouble). I tried to make a new save from my perfect world which I backed up like 10 times LOL, and that seems to work after the steps you've mentioned. I always follow your wisdom before doing anything else after experiencing %)@#)@ like this. I had to delete the file, otherwise I didn't even DARE opening my Perfect World because all save files I tried seemed to open into the save file I used actual game play in (so not even the ones I used 'save as' in, it always went back to the last one I actually used game play in).

I've tested a bit with the last alone time I had before back being mom, the new save file I quickly tested seems to save and load correctly as far as I can check, after doing what you've mentioned. I'm SO PISSED OFF RN!!! :( I did't even try to use that new feature of turning off EPS or anything, I DIDN'T EVEN WANT TO DOWNLOAD THE NEW UPDATE, I WAS FORCED INTO IT BY THE GAME! That's why I'm so pissed the F off by this, I know it's safer to play offline until all bugs are fully fixed. Don't ever do CC or MODS for the same reason.
