Saves are not loading adn new household creation is also not working

When opening the game the following error shows insteadt of the houshold name and when trying to load that houshold or any other there is a error popup that saving the game did not work.   ...
crashing
never cc or mods

    Looks like something is blocking your user files.

    Are you using any other security software than defender ?

    If not try the following

    1. Go to Viren- und Bedrohungsschutz
    2. Scroll down to Ransomware-Schutz
    3. Click on Randomware-Schutz verwalten
    4. Click on Blockierungsverlauf
    5. you will then see all programs that have been blocked
    6. Click on them all until you find a exe related to the Sims 4 (TS4_). There's several so depending on your computer, you may see a different one that mine. then allow that entry.

so, i tried following the instructions here to remove the sims4 folder from the Documents and then repair the game, but now it crashes at the opening of the game 😓: https://forums.ea.com/idea/the-sims-4-bug-reports-en/start-here-crashingback-to-mapendless-loading-patch-117-221/12512130
