Sim permanently getting calls

My Sim is stuck with the graphic/animation that someone is calling her. No one is calling her. I've tried traveling to another lot, resetting her, and have deleted localthumbnail.cache to see if that fixes it. She is constantly having someone trying to call her. Thankfully, you're not hearing the phone call, it's just a graphic/aesthetic error.
