So I was able to figure a few things out. 90% of my save folder is apparently corrupt. The earliest save I have in the folder is March 17th, and the latest was around April 28th when I stopped playing for a few months. All of the files but the March 17th file refuse to load many lots, they all just infinite load. I was going to see if I had saved anything from that time, family or lot, and I did find I had saved a version of the family sometime around April. The file is corrupt, clicking on it all of the Sims profiles state "This file is corrupt, remove it?" Deleted it so its not in the gallery anymore.
Shortly after the March 17th file, I was playing 2 Vampires and one became infected with the Plant Mother virus, I began doing the cure storyline but got bored and I did a recovery save before I started the story and began playing from there. I believe at that point the files all became corrupted. I remember saving on the world map, which I remember also reading is a bad decision as it can lead to file corruption, unsure if thats true or not, but well here we are.
TL:DR, The March 17th file works perfectly, will test it out a bit more when I have the time to sit down and play, I want to make sure its not just a odd fluke and then suddenly other lots I haven't tried stop working. I am a tad concerned that the gallery versions of the Sim family and their lot may be corrupt but its not telling them they are, unsure how that would carry over.
I can still send you the folder when I have the time, its 5.70gb, but I might cut that down to just the working file and the most recenty not working file.

Maybe that can give you some insight.
None of those really pertained to my issue. The files in question would go into infinite load when trying to load various lots. Played or unplayed Sims on it, vacant, Maxis made original lot, made by myself, downloaded from the gallery. None of them would load. So it would load into the current family just fine, but if you clicked travel and tried to leave the lot, it would infinite load. If you tried to go to the world map and then pick a new location, some loaded just fine, some infinite load.
The odd thing however, was turning off Mods sometimes worked, with them fully disabled I was able to load into anything. Turning mods back on and running with 50% of the mods folder, if I recall all tests failed, it even failed with no mods in the folder. But then a later test, it worked with like 99% of the mods folder, I had removed 3 mods I suspected was the cause. But then it failed every test with or without those mods in the folder at all, including the same test that previously worked with 99%.
My only conclusion is the file is corrupt somehow, a save 1 month prior to the ones being tested works 100% fine and has continued to work the last 2 days, so I simply reverted back to that one and just lost a bit of play.
