Start Game option

I like the scenario of building wealth, is there a way it can become a permanent option for non-scenario games? Give them the usual 20K to buy a house or rent an apartment but before starting have a pop up ask "Would you like this Sim to start out with no money or keep the remainder from their purchase/rental?"

I would love this. I normally set my money to 0 if I start a new sim/couple. For console player they must gift away her money/buy statues because they can’t use this cheat without disable the achievements.
