I have removed all mods and cc I went through each folder to make sure there were no duplicate mods somewhere. I have deleted the localthumbcache. I have also repaired the game twice. I’ve done everything under the sun to try and fix this but nothing happens. The trouble happens when starting up the game. When I select resume game that’s when the loading screen is stuck. The only thing I haven’t tried is uninstalling the game.

Separately, are you getting a lastexception when clicking Resume? The file would be in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4. Please delete any LEs you have already and see whether the game generates a new one. If it does, open the file, delete its first line of text, and attach it to a reply here using the Attachment (paper clip) icon. Alternately, copy the entire text and paste it into your reply.
So I chose I different household and selected load game. It brought me to the neighborhood where my played household is. And it has successfully loaded.
and then I was receiving last exceptions when I had my mods installed. But I deleted the LE’s when I removed my mods and cc.
