Ciudad Enamorada White Screen When Loading

Unable to load Ciudad Enamorada. Whenever trying to load into the world I receive a white screen with a greyed out worlds icon in the top left corner. I am able to load gallery, pack recommendations, household manager, etc, and can go back to Main Menu with ease but cannot gain access to that world. I have been playing this save file for a while, have multiple families in there so I know I have had access in the past. 

I have done the normal steps from repairing the game - removing mods - resetting cache files - starting a new game - removing the old Sims 4 folder in Documents and having the game regenerate the folder system. Nothing is working. 

I have nothing it happened after the update/ patch that installed the latest event package, prepping for Adventure Awaits. 

My conclusion is that it's a game issue due to it repeating in countless new game saves.
