Switching between sims in CAS deletes skin details

Hi there, 

I've been having this problem for a while now. Whenever I switch between members of the same family in CAS, the one I was working on before loses all their face details. I've tried saving in between sections of the face, but sometimes even that doesn't save it, as loading CAS again deletes all of them.

    OMG I am so glad this is becoming a conversation. I have had this issue for a while, even after taking a break for several months and reinstalling the game with new cc/mods. The exact same thing happens to me. Perhaps we can compare mod folders to see if its a cc issue?

    Hellokiir0ge​ Does this happen with all your households or just one household?
    If you use mods/cc,try moving the whole mods folder to another place, delete the localthumbcache.package and then test to see if the issue remains without mods/cc there.
