With the issue with the interactions, this thread refers to the issue. You can post feedback there and upvote it

With the issue with in the inventory items missing, if you use mods/cc,try moving the whole mods folder to another place, delete the localthumbcache.package and then test to see if the issue remains without mods/cc there.This thread may refer to this
