UNABLE TO GO ONLINE.

I can't access the gallery,  when I load in the game I can access my library but nothing else.  Only thing showing is boxes with red X's through them saying cannot load.  Game is fully update and on pc.  I have restarted the pc, I have repaired the sims 4 and updated.  Is anyone else having this issue or know how to fix it?

I can’t get in today either. 
Gradually working through the suggested steps but no joy yet. 

Update:  

Checked ping - ok.

Loaded suggested text files in browser - ok.

Cleared caches.

Didn’t help. 

Disabled mods and restarted. 
Can now access gallery. 
Re-enabled mods and restarted. 
Can now access Gallery

What do you expect to see? I expect to be able to connect to the gallery. I have made sure my internet connection is working, and I can connect to the gallery in a web browser. I removed all mods from my game, and repaired the game twice. I restarted my computer as well and removed all cache items from Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4 folder
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I am using a wired network connection and my computer also shows that there is nothing wrong with the network. But the online simulation workshop of SIMS4 keeps saying that it cannot connect, and my network cannot be detected. What should I do?
