Unable to play household
When I click on a household to play it tries to load then immediately takes me back to the world map navigator. I can't play the sims at all!! I have seen all over social media that this issue is happening to so many people. No mods being used. All packs purchased. I have tried to 'repair' the game multiple times and the game is always up to date. Please help, I should be able to play the game that I have spent so much money on over years.
