Visitors Leave Community Lots Immediately

Can someone help me understand if this is a bug or an issue on my end? I'm not using any mods, and I've repaired my game files several times.

Visitors who spawn on community lots leave almost immediately. Some just stand on the side of the road, scrolling through their phones, before leaving after a short time. Others enter the community lot, walk into a room, and then leave quickly.

Some of them have thought bubbles indicating they need to sleep, while others just have a hand symbol showing they're leaving. They even order drinks but leave before the bartender finishes preparing them.

I can't understand why they're either spawning with low needs or leaving so quickly. They leave so often that, after a while, the same Sims start cycling through the lot repeatedly.

I'm not sure if it's a coincidence, but I feel like this only started happening after I purchased Get Famous and installed it. However, it happens in every world.

I even reinstalled the entire game, but the issue still persists. I've noticed in many gameplay videos on YouTube that Sims also leave very quickly, though most players don’t seem to notice it... It's like they leave unusually early, not following any schedule or anything—they just arrive in the lot and then leave. It's obvious it's unintentional.

Unfortunately… Sims still keep leaving repeatedly. Same Sims arrive and leave, arrive and leave. It’s really annoying lol.

I was having that issue when trying to play a sim bartending at a bar lot, only one or two sims would trickle in show the pillow or hand thought bubble then leave. What seemed to work was going into build mode and changing the lot type to something else then back ie bar->cafe->bar.
