When i click to play household, it just keeps loading

So, i can open ts4 and i can see main menu, when i click to play my household it opens like its loading to enter, but never happens.

I dont have mods or anything not paid from random sites, everything is original. I updated today the game and still doesnt work. Someone help, im not good with computers and uninstalling and installing again without losing gameplay is hard for me to do:( if you have solution, explain it like for toddler pls ahhaahhaha
