“FAILED TO LAUNCH”: EA has identified the cause and is testing a fix this weekend, aiming to release that early in the week. Because the player-side fix is time-consuming and might not work for all players, I recommend just waiting for it. If you do want to try to get your game going with CC this weekend, you can try these steps: (1) Rename the user folder. (2) Start the game and exit. (3) Manually create new subfolders in your Mods folder and copy only files, not folders, into them.
