Build Items not appearing

When going into build/buy mode the icons for the furniture and home renovation are jumbled, still click it but having a hard time seeing or using the filter. 

I was experiencing some frustrating issues with my game, particularly when it wouldn't load at first. I had to remove most of my mods, and I'm still in the process of doing that. While gameplay is running fine now, I’ve noticed that the build mode section looks weird. Although I can see all the items, organizing them has become completely difficult. This cluttered layout could be due to mod incompatibility, which is making the UI behave unexpectedly. Any ideas which mods I could remove to fix this? I've repaired the game multiple times,
I have every pack except for the Star Wars one, and the Life & Death one. I'm missing some kits too, but I have every stuff pack.

Since my game updated I have been having a problem while in buildmode the item menu is scrambled and you can't see what you are selecting. I have added photos to better show what I am talking about.

Latest update/ install of LD EP has made my bb menu unusable? Has anyone else had this? 

UPDATE 

Tried without mods enabled, everything fixed. Seems to be a mod issue, however updating my mods that needed updating had 'bricked' my game. Whenever I load up I get taken to world selection screen from a resume file then game crashes. This will be sooo fun to fix

@hanfuls That's definitely going to be a mod issue. Start at Broken/Updated Mods & CC . Make sure to delete localthumbcache when you delete/replace mods/CC. Note that you should be removing non-cleared, non-updated mods in your testing.
