i cant click on my sims

first of all sorry english isn't my first language, sorry for spelling mistakes.

The problem start today and its frustrating, I cant click on my sims or in other to do interactions, at first I thought that maybe was my mouse pad or a bug so I tried to play with a mouse and still didn't work, so I tried to repair the game (like thousand of times) and still dint let me, so I delete the game twice and re installed wishing the error vanish but still persist. 

I can select actions like the tv, the bed and the bathroom but I cant select the sim or any other for do interactions. please help I'm desperate-

ACLARATIONS:

(I have some cc I dont know if its related, the problem I think started today I dont exactly know because I havent play outside of CAS and today I tried to play in the world)

    @x_12GRAM34_x Please see if the issue is gone if if you remove the Mods/CC and Cache as follows:

    Exit the game. Move the Mods folder from your "The Sims 4" folder [Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4] to your desktop (save it for reference) and delete the localthumbcache.package file in your “The Sims 4” folder. Then check in a new game save to see if this issue is still occurring. You can then test without saving – or in a new vanilla game save – in order to identify which CC/Mods are causing the issue. Then remove or add updated version(s) of the Mod/CC causing the issue.
