Everytime My Sims Crash I Am Forced To Start Over

This Has Been Happening To Me Since The Recent Update. After My Game Crash I Lose Everything & Have To Start Brand New. This Has Happened To Me 3 Times So Far.    I Save My New Progress & My Game C...

I have the xbox one s. I don’t see any error code. Just a black screen, then the game closes.
