Issues with Small Business Lot & Loading Screen

I play on the PlayStation 5. I actually noticed this issue a couple of weeks ago at first but was busy and assumed it was a bug and it might fix itself but started back playing again today and it's still giving me the same hassle.

So I've set a small business up in my home on my own lot, the business has progressed and it's giving me the option now to purchase a Small Business Lot on the Lot designated to it, however when I choose this option by the Phone, it brings me to the load screen and what comes up is the option to pick a season like when you are first beginning a game. I thought maybe it was a slight glitch so I just picked a season and pressed the tick in the bottom right corner. It repeatedly just reappears and the only way I can get out of it is by exiting to the Main Menu. This was happening a couple of weeks ago and today when I've tried again, same thing happened,  so I've just made my peace with not being able to use this feature at the moment because it's obviously bugging.

Now when I'm travelling anywhere it asks me to pick a season again, but when I press okay it does bring me to the Lot. Any chance this will be getting sorted soon? Would love to be able to play on the Small Business Lot and feel like I'm missing out on certain things on the new expansion.
